Privacy awareness training
Employee training, including management, on data protection topics is regulated by the GDPR (Articles 32 and 39). The reason for conducting such training should not solely be the GDPR obligation, but the fact that well-trained and correctly acting employees help prevent problems. Security and data protection incidents consume time and resources and can lead to reputational damage or financial loss in the worst case.
Ideally, employees should receive training immediately after joining the company and before being involved in the processing of personal data. Data protection trainings should be conducted regularly (for example, once a year) or following actual data protection incidents within the company.
Data protection trainings can be conducted as classroom training by the Data Protection Officer, external service providers, or other individuals with relevant expertise. Various platforms are available on the market to create or provide predefined training content. These offerings are usually available online and self-paced. 2b-aware is an example of such a platform.
Metasoul has partnered with 2b-aware to offer data protection training for employees and management directly through Metasoul. The “Employee Training” module is currently in a testing phase and only allows for the request of access to the 2b-aware portal, through which Metasoul customers can manage up to 10 employees for training free of charge.

The “Employee Training” module is currently in the testing phase. To use the employee training feature, it can be accessed via the “Request now” button.

After applying, registration can be completed directly at https://app.2b-aware.online/registrierung/neu. Initially, five employees are activated, with the number increasing to ten within two to three days.
