After registration, an online appointment will be arranged to get to know you better. Please note that only selected, reputable partners who actively recommend Metasoul will be considered for collaboration.
As a Metasoul partner, you actively distribute Metasoul to potential customers and assist them in using Metasoul. Alternatively, Metasoul can also be used in the context of providing services to the customer (for example, as an external data protection officer). In this way, through the Metasoul partnership, regular income from the kickback (commission) can be generated, along with additional income from the sale of data protection-related services using Metasoul.
Metasoul is committed to supporting its partners as effectively and comprehensively as possible, as the success of our partners is also our success. This support includes, in particular:
- Assistance with using Metasoul.
- Support in acquiring data protection expertise and knowledge related to data protection.
- Help with entrepreneurial and organizational topics.
- Assistance with strategies for customer acquisition and customer support.
Generally, no. Metasoul has been designed to guide users clearly and understandably through data protection topics. Ideally, over time, you will build a broad knowledge of data protection simply by using Metasoul and supporting customers. Should any data protection-related questions arise, we are always ready to provide you with the best possible support.
Definitely. Access to Metasoul is necessary to manage your customers. Through Metasoul, billing between you and us is conducted as part of the partner program. You can also manage your customers and have centralized access to their Metasoul instances via the partner portal.
While not required, we highly recommend that partners also use Metasoul for their own data protection matters. Metasoul partners naturally receive an attractive special discount on the Metasoul Business subscription.
Customers of Metasoul partners are treated as “subsidiary company” and can be created via the Metasoul company settings. A detailed description can be found here.
Metasoul partners bill Metasoul directly to their customers. This allows the partner to be flexible in pricing and to combine the Metasoul subscription costs with the billing of services. We bill Metasoul directly to the partner via the platform, with the kickback being automatically deducted. For any questions regarding invoicing to the customer or the tools available for use in this regard, we are happy to assist.
A Metasoul partner code must be redeemed in the Metasoul billing section when purchasing a new subscription or extension for a customer.
To redeem the code and reduce the total by the partner discount, copy the code into the “Discount code” field, then confirm it with the “Add” button.
